50.7% apple juice and 49.3% Rosé juice were combined prior to fermentation, and allowed to co-ferment in a stainless steel tank, resulting in aromas of watermelon leading into flavors of Bing cherry and pomegranate, with a crisp, subtle apple finish. This wine was carefully blended by our Winemakers to craft an amalgamation that can only be described as "Hot Tub Wine"...
