Apple Chardonnay
Situated in picturesque See Canyon, both the vineyard and the orchards were blended together to create this truly unique wine. Consisting of Chardonnay and organic apple juice, these two components were combined prior to fermentation and allowed to co-ferment in a stainless steel tank, resulting in a somewhat sweeter, more crisp variant of the Chardonnay varietal.
