2020 Red Delicious
"They dranketh of the Red Delicious,
And their eyes were opened to good and evil.
They knew that they were naked,
And they saw that it was good."
54% apple juice and 46% Rosé juice were combined prior to fermentation, and allowed to co-ferment in a stainless steel tank, resulting in aromas of watermelon leading into flavors of Bing cherry and pomegranate, with a crisp, subtle apple finish. This wine was carefully blended by our Winemakers to craft an amalgamation that can only be described as "Hot Tub Wine"...
