Terms & Conditions All sales final. Prices are as marked on this website, plus applicable sales tax and shipping/handling costs. Purchases of wine require purchaser to be 21 years of age or over and all shipped boxes containing wine require an adult signature on delivery. We can only legally ship to the states listed on the order form and quantity limits apply in some states that may effect our ability to accept and/or ship your order. All purchases are billed at the time of purchase to the buyer's credit card. All purchases will be shipped to buyer within 72 hours of purchase unless buyer is notificed otherwise via phone or email. Confirmation of purchase & settlement is required prior to shipping. Due to the complicated nature of laws regarding the direct sale of wine, we reserve the right to refuse any purchase for any reason at any time. |
